Adding track/car mods in new UI?

I decided to uninstall/reinstall this game and start fresh even with my workshop items with this new UI. Now my problem is I have some rcmp files I want to reinstall but I can't find where to drop the files anymore. I tried in the 'Packages' in the main folder but nothing happens. How do you install a track/car mod that's not in workshop?

Hi, here how its done. first drop the mod in the packages folder then fire up the game at the top click on "Content"

the on "packages"

then its business as usual

Hey - how do you get your packages to show in a list like that? Mine list along the bottom which is rather cumbersome.

click on that icon and you can choose how the packages are displayed
