Cars Additional lights on the GT40

Now we have the shader patch I was wondering if adding extra some lights to the GT40 is possible? [See attached pic] The stock Kunos GT40 has some of the lights already modelled, just no light output from them and I don't know how to add it to the car.

The extra Aux lights would somehow need to be 3D modelled and added to the car, similar to the light bars on the converted Safety Cars etc. Is this possible? Easy for someone with zero modding skills / 3D programs to do?
