Adds Bathurst_FM7 version - advertising banners

Small changes for advertising banners around Bathurst 12h 2018.
The main sites were changed in a way it was possible because of mod-track restrictions. Put the "Texture" folder inside the main "bathurst_fm7" folder. Feel free to improve or add my version.
