Adjust weather?

An embarrassingly-basic question: I've searched and searched, but I can't find where to change the weather. How is that accessed?

When you're in session settings, click on the icon underneath 'Weather Forecast'.

Keep in mind, this may very well change when the new weather system is introduced in tomorrow's update.
