Adjusting Seat Height?

I find that I'm "sitting a bit too high" in cockpit view when running a road car (GT3 etc). Is there a setting somewhere where I can "lower the seat"?

Assign buttons to:
- "VR Center Head Position",
- "Adjust seat fwd",
- "Adjust seat aft",
- "Adjust seat up",
- "Adjust seat down".
The easiest way to adjust seat position in VR is just playing with your head position and pressing "VR Center Head Position". Adjusting the position with buttons is also straight forward.
