I have been looking at buying a 2016 mx5 as stated in the title and I've seen in a few places talk of the 2016 ND models having a transmission fault that would cause it to fail, however all of these seem to be from the US market miatas and I haven't seen anything at all on UK cars having the same fault. Has anyone heard of this in the UK? Is there a difference in the US market car that caused this? I've been wanting an Mx5 for a long time now but this has made me wary.
