For those with older or not powerful systems there are folders with 4096x4096 or 2048x2048 .dds files.
Just copy paste the required Skin_00.dds into the
AF_Corse_LeMans_2018_51 folder, over writing the one in there

It's a Corsa red mate, rgb's lifted from a Ferrari site, used it on all my Corse.it Ferrari's.
Depends on your monitor settings I suppose

I think in 2018 they ditched Rosso Corsa for this metalic paint.

Sadly can't do metalic, but I know what you mean, and as I said, on my monitor it looks darker than maybe yours
