F1 2017 AI Grid Penalties

I'm in my first season with sauber.. and after spa tha ai seem to be getting a grid penalty almost every race.. I qualify 18th but i always start inside the top 5.. I think hamilton and vettel haven't started in the top 10 for 5 or 6 races.. what did you do codemasters ?!

someone will hopefully clarify a bit more, but it would seem there are about 3 races (spa being one and maybe USA?) that all the AI take new engine parts and a gearbox.(now this DOES seems accurate after seeing Monzo this year) now maybe this is just for season 1 since all teams start with all the same R&D reliability locked. so maybe the next season and beyond, you will see AI grid drops more spread out depending on what team unlocked what and when
