AI hitting rev limit at 207km/h problem

Whenever i run an offline race now the AI keep hitting the rev limiter and go no faster in top gear like in F1 cars they will go from 1st gear to 7th within a couple of seconds then hit the limiter at 207km/h

Rob - did you solve this? I'm seeing the same problem. The AI cars are hitting 147mph at the maximum revs.
