General AI Traffic set up like servers

Good day, I was wondering if anyone knew how to set up traffic on SRP similar to how servers do it? any time I follow online guides my traffic is either too aggressive or causes crashes. Online servers such as AEO BOYZ have the best set up, but I would like the freedom of not having to connect to a server because my WI-FI isn't the best, and to be able to choose any of my own cars. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

They're running a customized server to do that, there's no offline version. At most you could run the server on your own network and connect from lan.

Ah, I see thank you! Is there a specific guide on how to set up a traffic LAN server like you mentioned. Sorry, still very new to sim racing and modding.
