Ai update for Sergio Loro's Zandvoort 65 and 67 - fast_lane ai_hints track boundaries and surfaces.ini

This update contains a new fast_lane.ai recorded with a ferrari 312 to make ai more competitive (1s a lap faster in 67 gp cars) the original fast_lane.ai is renamed fast_lane.aiold
updated side_l.csv and new side_r.csv and ai_hints.ini to reduce crashes.
it also contains a surfaces.ini to reduce track grip to normal levels (from 1.04 to 0.975) and produces reasonable lap times for 67 cars. if you don't like it, don't overwrite original surfaces.ini

I hope I can get all common 67 tracks...
