All drivers must complete at leaset one stint problem in ACC

Can anyone shed any light onto this little problem i have. I am runiing a server and when i qulalify then start a race i have a message come up saying all drivers must complete at leaset one stint even if the race is 10 mins. is there any way of turing off this setting. many thanks

The following settings have set both to -1
driverStintTimeSec
maxTotalDrivingTime
If I remember it correctly.
