All Inclusive Membership still available?

As the frst DLC has been announced for AMS I remember reading something about a "All Inclusive Membership". As I will get all the DLC anyway I might as well get this deal but I can't seem to find it.
Is it still a thing? If so, can anyone point me in the right direction?

Reiza still didn't announce how many DLCs they will make but now that we have the price of the full UK one, the all DLCs offer seems pretty interesting I think… And you get access to the beta and beta forum with this package.
