All large downloads stop at 80mb??

I'm sure I've been a member here before but haven't had any problems. Had to sign-up again today because I forgot my details.

Anyway all the downloads I try that are above 80mb in size always pause at 80mb.. These are what I've tried to get

When the download stops at 80mb it also causes some problem with my internet for a few minutes - so that it can't load web pages until I disconnect and reconnect..

Any ideas?

Tried both links and both files downloaded in just seconds. I fear the issue is with your PC or ISP as you experience hickups in your connection, which can't be caused by a site.
