go to this directory : F1 2018\asset_groups\f1_2019_vehicle_package\teams
and check if the folder "fom_car" exist.

if it does i want you to go to this directory : F1 2018\asset_groups\f1_2018_vehicle_package\teams\toro_rosso\wep
and open the 1st file "toro_rosso.assetgroup" and screenshot it and sent it please

if you can upload the 2 folders toro_rosso in asset_groups\f1_2018_vehicle_package\teams
and in asset_groups\f1_2019_vehicle_package\teams on google drive and send me the link so i can download them and check it for you
