He did not set the folders up right. In the liveries folder, it needs another folder called OMG-MOTORSPORT-ALPINE-(O.GONZÁLEZ) and the files in the liveries folder put into that. The way it is currently structured will not work.

No configuró las carpetas correctamente. En la carpeta de libreas, necesita otra carpeta llamada OMG-MOTORSPORT-ALPINE- (O.GONZÁLEZ) y los archivos de la carpeta de libreas en ella. La forma en que está estructurado actualmente no funcionará.
