i noticed this aren,t ERP files so to get this liveries on my game do i have to convert this file to ERP file or should i just paste it in modular folder?

You can use it in your modular mod file using "ERP archiver"

Yes you can. Just need to change fils in 2022_asset_groups > F1_22_vehicle_package > Teams > Mercedes and uplaod in the ERP file
