AMS 2 / Motion / Sim Hub

For the past several months, AMS 2 will randomly not connect at all to any external software like Simhub, SRS always connects but does not receive any telem. It seems to be a port issue, but I can't consistently get the systems to reconnect at will.
Anyone else have this issue and a solution?

I think this will be a bug in the shared memory stuff in AMS2 - can' be sure but it was there a while back.

Try disabling shared memory, then restart the game, then back to shared, and start again.

Wilco, Also starting and stopping PCars2 helps sometimes, but not most of the time...

Your method initially worked fine... But now only SimHub is working... UGH!!!
Does anyone have a tried and true method to get AMS, Motion (SRS) and Sim Hub working all at once?
What are your in game (Settings) Pcars 2 -9 - PCars 1?

Never had any issues running Sim Commander and SimHub together in AMS2 and the port doesn't matter because they don't get the telemetry over UDP. So SRS is probably to blame.

I don’t run SRS any more - sold my windsim - but I used to run both just fine. Is your SRS up to date ? Latest versions could share the data I’m sure. Raise a support ticket on SRS - their guys are well versed in this.

Brett, I had what sounds like the same issue months ago. I'm using SFX-100 motion with SRS and Simhub for tactile/wind. My trick is to launch AMS2 with SRS open. Once the game is already running, I then open Simhub. Hope this works for you.

So.... I have launched SimHub last after AMS2 and Crew Chief, and so far (4 or 5 successful attempts) all is good! Must be a conflict with ports and timing... Thanks for all the suggestions guys.
