Basically the other mod is raising the volume and i think changing the announcer voice a bit. We hear the announcer in the speakers louder, which is nice. In this one he changed the announcer speaker voice, i think, to fit a more Formula 1 style announcer. So a different sample of the announcer i would guess.

Also, whats up with the second video "in the pit" and the sneeze in the beginning? Is that what we will hear or accidental recording from the modder?
