F1 22 Another question about VR

Here's another question about VR play. I can see the flat images like the in-game menu but as soon as I go ro the car the screen is black and stays black. My PC isn't the newest anymore but still reasonable I think. Hopefully someone can help me out here.

PC specs:
Windows home 11
3.2 GHz i7-8700
GTX 1080 ti
16GB DDR4
Oculus rift

All the drivers where updated today.
I know it's an older machine but I'm not going to get A new machine for A game!

Its an issue a lot of people are running into myself included. Some people have fixed it by changing the Antialiasing setting to TAA + FidelityFX but that didn't work for me. There are also a few reports that when sat on the black screen go to the menu and just change the AA setting and the image will appear.

EA is aware of the problem so I am awaiting a patch.
