hi, i have a half-solution for you:
in first, you can change km/h or mph in ac setting (from content manager).
open cm
in the top choose setting
in the left side choose video and ui
in the central page on top you see: units
here you have metrical and imperial
choose imperial and the speedometer show
mph, but the icon name is always km/h.
i work on it for show the exact name.
