any way to get rid of that "high cpu usage" without using "half ffb update rate"

I was using previously belt driven wheel and had ffb update at max, but now im using dd wheel and at start i got message <99% cpu usage and when im starting car go so fast like x3 times faster but then go back to normal, i found solve to this issue by checking half ffb update rate in menu but im curious if there is any way to have max update rate and to cpu not be used at <99%? shall i change cpu to faster? currently i have amd fx 6300 but it was good when i had belt driven wheel, also other sims work good at max ffb rate even ACC i have 333 Hz there
