F1 2016 Any ways to get a specific team to offer you a contract?

I've been doing a career starting with Alfa Romeo (over Sauber), trying to get into the Ferrari, and after 1 season got offers from Force India, McLaren, and Haas, of which I chose Force India, as I don't think you can get Tier 1 team offers without being in a tier 2 team. However, in the Force India, the contract offers I've got have been from Williams, Red Bull and Mercedes, rather than Williams, Red Bull and Ferrari as it usually is from your first season in a tier 2 team in my experience. Is this because Mercedes and Force India are affiliated in this game? And if so, should I move to Williams so I'll get offers from Red Bull, Mercedes and Ferrari as they'd then be the only tier 1 teams left? Would kinda suck going to 2 Mercedes powered teams on my journey to Ferrari. Or should I stay at Force India and just pray I get offers from Red Bull, Mercedes and Ferrari next season?
