I got WRC 8 on sale and whilst I really enjoyed it and made my way to WRC level in career a few things made me uninstall it - wear and tear level and the reidiculous manufacturer goals.
"Complete 3 training sessions in 6 weeks" - get offered just one training session.....
Wear and tear - suspension goes orange 2nd stage of Monaco (no jumps, hits or offs) Lose massive amounts of time. After 2nd service brakes are useless and so is the steering.
Suspension goes orange after 1st service in Sweden (again managing the car, taking it easy) and costs me huge time.
Combine this with the game crashing randomly in stage starts I uninstalled. It's a shame as this is the first rally game since dirt 2 I've enjoyed but with those career issues it's just no fun. Have the tweaked any of this in 9?
