Anywhere I can try a racing rig in the UK (East London)?

So after many many years of playing driving games with a controller I recently bought my first wheel (TM T150) and I love it, but right now its attached to my desk and I am in a basic office chair which I know is unsuitable.

I am planning on buying some new furniture for my gaming setup and being an older gamer (44 next birthday) I am very much aware of how I need it to be comfy (for long periods) and easy to get in an out off.

I am looking at 2 options, a very comfy chair with a wheel stand or a full rig with built in seat and stand. But as I said I am a bit concerned as to whether the rig will be suitable so I really want to be able to try it out in a somewhere like I can with the comfy chair and the shop that sells it.

Also, how easy is it to game with a mouse and keyboard (for FPS games and such) with a racing rig? As it will be my only chair for gaming it will need to be suitable for games like Cyberpunk 2077 when that comes out
