Do you know why my Short Oval model won't move?

The car just sits there and spina the wheels. It'll slide off the track on ovals

I tested it today and it worked normally from the skin to the short oval model. If you want I can post a video showing. Sometimes it also happens to me that the car doesn't "work", but it's because I use the controller to play the game. Nor do I sometimes understand this "why". I hope I have helped and if you need to just call me. Thanks
