Apex Modding Indycar 2019 missing liveries

As the title says i missing liveries from the 2019 mod and the ones that are missing are a bloomed blank white. Seems like 3 of the Andretti cars are missing liveries and so are a couple of other ones. Not sure if its a mod conflict or what it could be or how to even fix it.
