App for laps?

Hi guys!

Simply put, i'm looking for an app which shows like the top 10 drivers and maybe shows a notification if I OR the ai sets a laprecord for the session (practice, qualify or race)? Hasn't been around here much since 1.3ish and Rivali doesn't do what i want!
