App placement - higher on screen?

Hi there,
I'm arranging all my apps and ui stuff, but nothing wants to go as high as the top of the screen: there's always this gap of probably about a thumbnail where the apps decide not to be placed. It's as if they count that the highest they can go, but the screen still displays that so it's not the highest point of the fullscreen or anything. I'm using Content Manager, does anyone know which setting I change to allow these apps to go higher than they do now?

Have you tried editing the values manually in C:\Users\******\Documents\Assetto Corsa\cfg\acos.ini?
