Arduino wiring - funky switch

Hi all,
attempting my first steering wheel build (audi R8) version and im going to include a funky switch with it. (circled in picture)

has anyone completed this before & can help out with a wiring diagram. i have searched google for arduino button box etc and have a rough idea of the momentary buttons, paddle shifter & rotary encoder, but the funky witch is getting me slightly confused.

any help is appreciated.

Did you manage to do it? I'm assembling a steering like the one in the image but I'm lost on how to wire and connect it to the Arduino Pro Micro. all the best
