Are the tracks for GSC already known?

Couldn't find which 12 tracks will be included in the game? To be honest I only know 2 Brazilian tracks: Interlagos and Curitiba.

Still 10 missing

Considering that the game will be simulating Stock Car Brasil, a quick trip to Wikipedia to take a look at a season calendar should solve that problem.

Yup and the trailer also shows Velopark and Campo Grande. So those are in for sure i think.

it will have all the tracks from the 2010 season in the correct configuration. for instance londrina had upgrades merely a few weeks before the race last year.

Yes thats true, but in portuguese velo stands for velocidade or in english speed.
