Did you ever start AC with the Kunos launcher?
I solved the problem after that you only tick force 32 bit
That isnt a solution, bc you cant use CSP with 32Bit.
I'd recommend to un- and reinstall AC completely, delete folder "documents/assettocorsa" manually and start from scratch. After the reinstall start it once with the vanilla launcher, bc it will download and install missing libraries and create some basic files.
