My game has been freezing and crashing constantly mostly in online games and sometimes in single player, I can still hear the game and even move my car, I just cant see anything, I've installed latest GPU drivers, reinstalled asseto and cm, csp, etc. I keep getting this in my logs "swapChain->Present failed" over 100 times in a row. any idea or help?

Did you try disabling Image sharpening for ACC via nvcpl ?
There are users that still report issues with 445.87.
I am on 445.78(the hotfix that is supposed to fix the problem!) and if I don't disable Image sharpening the game will not even start.
And all my other games are working like a charm and my pc is fully stable as well.
