asseto corsa running in small screen

hi i have just got a msi gaming laptop and asseto corsa stars in windowed mode ie small screen ... ive changed the graphic setting to run in full screen but still runs in windowed mode??? can any one help??

I believe F11 key transfers it between Windowed to Full screen
