If Stefano read this,this time have a dozen normal cars alongside the open wheelers and a few more interesting courses like the hill climb.Netkar pro's achillee's heel was the absence of normal cars and scratch built tracks for netkar.I mean some of the best tracks were conversions from rfactor and they were released very very late during netkar pro's life.Really probably the best car in the game ,was the daytona gt car and the most awesome track was the hillclimb.More of those and this time a larger racing grid and a smoother online experience and this game will be a killer.

But seriously Asseto Corsa NEEDS normal cars.
The achilles hill of netkar pro was its absence of normal cars.I am talking of cars we grew up dreaming of,got to drive them and many of us owned one or more of them.Like the nissan silvias (s13 fastback/coupe,s14a and s15),toyota's celicas gt4,toyota mr2's,toyota supra's,toyota trueno's,sir/type r civic's ,integra's and crx's,evo's,imprezza's ,mitsubishi's like the fto/old gto,opel calibra,VW golfs and the old g60 schirocco's,the old quattro's/coupe's,lancia's and alfa's like the 3.0 75 ....
Please Stefano add more of those normal classic sport cars.
I had driven and owned many of those cars and there isn't a greater pleasure to drive something you have driven in real life and you know how it feels or drive a car you wished to own and drive but you could not afford too...
Also check this old clarkson video about sport coupes-almost every single car in that video is worth to be added in the game.

F3 and F2 (or equivalent due to licence) with recent specs. 1 of each is enough as long as the quality is close to perfection and no obvious defects as found in many other mods.

Im happy with any cars as long as there good. what would be awesome is if you could set up a open track day server where you can turn up in any car.

I would really like to see Mercedes SLS AMG GT3, Ferrari 458 Italia GT3, McLaren MP4-12C GT3 and the rest of GT3 cars in AC. I would say its almost impossible getting licence for those cars but you can always dream.
Mclaren should be doable since at least two other sims have/will have that car.

I didn't read the entire thread but what I really hope, regarding modded cars.. is that AC will take the time to apply some kind of "censorship" to the mods.. so it will not become just like rFactor with a bunch of crap or unfinished mod..
Mod's can be REALLY good for a simulation but it also kills it on some other aspects..
