Get out on track and press F2.

A help screen will appear with all the keyboard commands you can use while driving. Press F2 once or twice more to clear the screen and pull up the normal HUD again.

It's seemingly impossible to bind keys to your keyboard in the menu right now though, so dont expect to map anything to your keyboard if you wanted to. No idea if setting up a button box is feasible.

How could i make not visible the pilot names that are shown above the cars?

In the menu HUD:

Driver Name Tags

Enable or disable driver name tags over cars. Settings include enable, disable and Multiplayer only.
