Assetto Corsa | Complete Reinstall help

Hey guys,

I've just reinstalled Windows 10 'cause it was time for that
But i've made an entire Backup of my

".../Steamapps/assettocorsa"
Folder, AND
"...user/myname/documents/Assetto Corsa" Folder.

And now I downloaded AC from steam again and i've got no idea what to replace in order to make everything as it was before.

I played AC with the Content Manager as well as the SOL Weather mod, saved settings for FFB Clip app, LUT Generator and so on...
But i don't kno exactly what to replace.. pls help
