Assetto Corsa Connection Issue

I can't understand this error. When I use VPN online works but if I don't use it I can't play at online.
Somebody said I should use Static IP instead of Dynamic IP. Only way to do it?

I tried:

• Reinstall Assetto Corsa
• Change Firewall settings
• Change DNS adresses
• Reset my modem
• VPN (worked)

I have same problem. I was dont have any problem before but in these days people of my server says "When i connect and enter the server it says Connection Issue" then i tried to fix their problem but no luck. Yesterday i faced with this problem. Still i cant join any server and my server. All servers ping has "?" I attach my problem too. I tried everything like:

Hard reset modem
Clean install
Disabling windows and modem firewall
Adding exceptions for ac.exe and assettocorsa.exe

Nothing works. But when i connect with VPN it works. All servers are has ping and can connect my server and anothers. I tried connect without content manager with original assetto corsa multiplayer section and all servers has n/a ping with red background. Only VPN works. I was dont have this problem before. I think this problem is Assetto Corsa based.

I found the solution, i researched the problem is "Dynamic IP", so if ur IP is in CGNAT pool then u cant use port features and more. So this means our IP was on CGNAT.

How we can know "we are at CGNAT?"
Answer Is: Go to your router screen 192.168.1.1 or whatever is it. Go to WAN then check your ppoe_ ip adress. If it is starting with 10.xxx.xxx/32 or something like that, it means u are on CGNAT pool wich not supported for Assetto Corsa.

Now im using Static IP and my problem is solved.

Now im using Static IP and my problem is solved.

My pppoe_tr username starts with 11, but I still can't connect :/.

I choose closest one to my country. Like I live in Turkiye and there is 3 option. They are America, Netherlands and Japan, I prefer Netherlands because it's the closest one to me and also it gives lower pings on Europe servers.

Also I still have this problem, what an unfortunate way to play online game.
