Assetto Corsa do not launch

Greetings everyone!
I have an issue trying to launch Assetto Corsa. When I try to launch it, no matter how (through Steam, desktop, from Steam folder), I hear an error sound (without error itself) and nothing happens. Tried to reinstall, verify files integrity, delete and rename Documents folder. Any suggestions?

I've made an investigation, it looks like I had some Windows issues.

Comrades that have the same issue,
1. Use Checkdisk
chkdsk C: /f /x r/
2. Use DISM RestoreHealth
