Is there a way to save my FOV for each car? It is sort of a pain to have to readjust my FOV every time I switch cars.

Press Save once you've adjusted your seating position in Onboard Settings. Do you know how to find Onboard Settings?

Unless I am crazy here is what I am experiencing. I set the FOV on car 1 and save. Then I go to car 2, set FOV and save. Then I go back to car 1 and it loads the FOV from car 2. I will try it again and see.

Are you using the app called Onboard Settings?

Yea I am using the onboard settings. I think I figured it out. Once I switch cars and hit the reset button that seems to bring it back to my saved FOV.
