Simply put, my game isn't launching. 3 weeks ago it was working fine, and for the past 3 weeks, I've done everything I could think of to try and fix my issue. I've verified game files integrity, made sure all my drivers are up to date, did multiple fresh installs of the game, checked my firewall, ran with and without CM, and deleted every mod. If you can help in any way possible, please let me know, I just wanna beat on my IRL car in AC.

This could be a issue some people had after some minor windows update.
It was fixed by just deleting this particular update.
Just use the search option here and you will surely find which update it was.

Deleted any update that seemed to fit its description since I couldn't find the exact update. No luck whatsoever. I resorted to attempting to factory reset my PC, but it seems that it gets to the final stages of reseting everything, undoes all changes and goes back to normal. I assume it's a hardware problem?
