Assetto Corsa Results (beta 13) - AC Grid Manager alternative

This is AC Grid Manager alternative.

Features:
- You can open server results json or entry_list.ini
- Sort grid with selected option or manually (dots next to position)
- Add/Remove ballast selected option or manually (ballast column)
- Delete driver from list (right click on name)
- Show skin preview (click on preview window for double size)
- New grid is saved to entry_list.ini in program folder
