Do the wheels have to be the same colour as the car? Because if I remember correctly, Shmee has silver wheels...

@Jrv01 The wheels (and blurred rims) are a separate file...you can make them any color you want or leave them stock.

Hard to see unless you really zoom in but how about them tri-color brake calipers?

What do you guys think is the best FREE Photoshop software? Or one that's less than $50. For this kind of modding.

GIMP is free and will do the majority of what you need. Mainly it lacks effect layers, which makes quick recolors harder, and a decent dds exporter (it can export to dds but not smoothly)

Alright. Well that's what I've been looking at anyways. And yes, it's free.
