Assetto Corsa, SOL & CM - lost the ambulances & flashing lights

Hey folks,

AC & tracks with ambulances have always worked, although I cannot remember which tracks now lol, although I went onto Knockhill last night & got 12 or 13 errors whilst it loaded. Any ambulances & recovery cars were just all black, black windows, no graphics with no lights flashing.

1st off, can anyone tell me another track which had flashing lights I can try, or any reason why AC is erroring. Tried redownloading CM & changing to an earlier version, tried CSP, a few different versions, redownloading the track etc

Any ideas. The lights not flashing I can cope with its the errors on loading which is a pain.
