Assetto Corsa Tyres cool down after half a lap

Hope someone can help! For a few months now when I play Assetto Corsa my tyres start warm(green) but after half a lap, on any track, any car, they turn blue. This makes the game impossible to play! (and I miss it!). I have tried various tyre pressures from 15 to 40psi. Messed with toe and aero as suggested by many posts but to no avail. I believe this is a bug and hope someone has a fix. I have verified files in Steam. Thanks

You probably have tyre warmers activated in the "assists"/"realism" settings and the temperature set very low.
Go on track and while in the pits, click on the bottom symbol at the left side (not at the real bottom! The bottom one at the top left).

This will show you the session information with air temp, track temp, wind and time of day.

Yes I do have tyre warmers on. Not sure what temp but if I dont have them on my tyres still stay dark blue lap after lap. and never warm up. if they start bright green from the pit with warmers on why would they go cold in have a lap?

Because if you somehow set the air/track temperatures to 5°C and the tyre warmers have 80°C, you will start with warm tyres and they will get cold as long as you don't put the tyre warmers back on.

Tyre warmers in AC always set the tyres to their perfect temperature no matter what the air and track temps are.
My suggestion would be to disable tyre warmers and then raise the temperature setting until the tyres get warm enough on track.

This can vary a lot! Hard tyres on the mx-5 cup version will need 40-50°C track temp.
GT3 soft tyres will overheat above 30°C.

So I didn't mean that the tyre warmers can cause your tyres going cold.
I meant that they hide your way too cold temperature settings.
If you disable the tyre warmers, your tyres will start cold and never get warm and it would be clear, that you need to raise the temperature settings of the session.
