The Lotus T125 is faster than 2011 f1 cars, slower then 2004 f1 cars.

How do you know that you won't spin at every turn? You don't.

And if Codemasters goes bust, they might have a chance of getting a proper F1, but for now, this is what we get.

How were ISI able to get the 2012 Marussia then? There are ways to do it, going by this...

The T125 is quicker than 2011 F1s.

I highly doubt that.

The Lotus T125 weighs 660kgs (inc. driver), produces 640bhp and only revs to 10,300 rpm. It produces more downforce than a 2011 spec Formula One car, but only because it has a MASSIVE diffuser, and no regulations to abide by.

Red Bull's 2011 dominator, the RB7, weighs in at only 640kgs (inc. driver), produces around 750bhp and can rev to 18,000 rpm. And probably produces a similar level of downforce as the T125 because of the exhaust blown diffuser.

The T125 is incredibly quick, but relatively speaking, compared to a modern F1 car, it's a mobile chicane.

If anything, it's probably more akin to a GP2 car.

Do you have any source on that? It may be possible for it to reach pace of slowest teams but I couldn't find any data on that. Only comparison seems to be lap on Top Gear track where T125 did 1:03.8 and 2004 F1 managed 0:59.0 in damp conditions.
