Assetto Corsa Virtual Mirror Issue

I have an odd problem with AC. For some reason, my virtual mirror is massively overexposed - like the gamma is set way too high. Oddly, the car mirrors are fine.

I am using content manager - anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this?

Ugh, i rememer having EXACTLY the same issue but dont remember what I did to fix it. It was 100% something to do with CSP settings and one of the features that show up after updating it, I remembering disabling it fixed the problem. Something with 'color gamut' or so... ill try to find in in CM when im on my rig but im not sure if its today or tomorrow, try experimenting with CSP settings and you may find it quicker.

Quick search yesterday didn't yield any results for me, I'll have to dig further. Please update when you can, you may resolve a ton of threads if you can find what the culprit is.

Still looking into this
I tried to find out what I did but didnt manage to replicate the issue back. Its probably because I had this problem on 1.76 and now I am on 1.77.
However, looking back to my troubleshooting back then, I can advise to try this as those options stands out as non default on my current setting:
- REFLECTIONS FX->General cubemap reflections-> Batch processing OFF
->reflections masking in interior -> Batch processing OFF
- GRAPHIC ADJUSTMENTS->POst Processing AA DISABLED,
-> Accessible colour buffer OFF
I am 100% sure that one of those helped my issue back then.

If that didnt help you, try disabling all Extensions in CSP and re-enabling them one-by-one, at some point you will notice that one extension is causing mirror to go berserk, then you focus on this extension and fiddle with settings until you find that one or 2 ticks that cause this.

also if you feel adventorous, you can use my CSP config file that works for me now and was working on 1.76 with mirror issue sorted, maybe that will help somehow?

Same problem started happening to me today. Pure, CSP 0.1.80p218. Car mirrors are ok but virtual mirror is excessively bright.

Is there any way to fix this without disabling the whole GUI section? Disabling some specific part of it? Wouldn't want to disable the whole thing if possible

Solution straight from CSP Discord: it's the Hello World app

go to: steamapps\common\assettocorsa\apps\lua
remove the folder titled "Hello World"

EDIT: confirmed working with GUI section enabled

Same issue here. Overexposed Virtual Mirror. I just downgraded back to CSP 1.79 from 1.80 preview 346. I never had a Hello World folder to begin with.
