Can't say for all cars but i just tested the BMW 1M and Ferrari 458 on the 400m drag strip and the times are right there with some of the quoted manufactures figures.

My Times depending on reaction with traction off:
BMW 1M (13.4 - 13.8)
Ferrari 458 ( 11.5 - 11.9)

There's really no way to measure it consistently IRL because it depends on track & weather conditions so I wouldn't expect it to be identical. On a proper drag strip the launch box is significantly grippier than anything else you'd drive on (to the point that on a warm day your feet will stick to it)

Thank, I have seen on YouTube some video and all model Porsche are about one/two/three seconds more slow from 0/100 and 0/200 in Ac respect the real cars.
