First idea: damage off in the settings.

Don't quite understand OP and the answers in this thread. Yes it's possible to set it to 100% either through electronics setup tab or 0 key on your keyboard, but not "between 90-100%". It's in steps of 10% with all cars. And even with mechanical damage enabled you can of course drive it for a while, until you blow the engine. In videos where you can't see the damage indicator the people playing might've just disabled the indicator (Ctrl+Q shortcut or set in gameplay.ini in your Documents folder).

He asked if it was possible to set the boost between 90 and 100%, I took that to mean something like 95% which I told him was not possible. Then he asked why he sees some videos with the boost at 100% but not causing damage and After_Midnight said it was probably due to either having damage or the damage indicator turned off. Both of which you reiterated in your post. Which part was not understood?

He asked if you could set the boost between 90-100% but you can't because, as you pointed out, you can only change it in intervals of 10% so your only options are 90% or 100%, nothing in between.
Guy its no big deal, i didnt expect an arguement here at all .. It just at first i saw 2 youtube videos claim using 100% Turbo driving in Nordschleife for at least 6mins++ without damage the engine then i google found someone say that its possible to set 94% Turbo where you wont damage the engine but didnt tell how hence i come out the question.
In fact the main reason why this concern me is that someone did a WR 7:08.617 doing Audi Sport quattro S1 E2 in Nordschleife while i already drive pretty well but the best so far is just 7:20.xxx ... this 12s different make me wonder if this WR achieve by having a Turbo say 94% ??
