Finetuned textures + podium + pitlane paddocks

Hello!

After a few days, here some finetune updates for Austria:

Changed podium DHL -> Pirelli and F1 logos

Changed team paddocks textures in the pit-lane

Changed brake signs Pirelli -> P-ZERO

Made yellow kerbstones more wide, more space between them and shadow

Corrected red kerbstones, more shadow

Made big Austria flag on track bigger

Added Mercedes flags croud

Adjusted NL 33 flags croud
